What does Vital Design do?
Vital Design Sdn Bhd is a business growth coach for retail, service and other businesses: million revenue coaching, sales training and business consulting, plus our own software, CCS Plus, SuiERP, Suibox and Linkme. We have consulted with data mining and data diagnosis for 20+ years, and the clients we advise have achieved a combined RM1.8 billion in revenue.
We are not in the beauty industry. Can you still help?
Yes. We work with retail, service and other businesses; beauty is simply where we have the most experience and data.
Is my company too small?
No. We work with large, medium and small companies that want to grow revenue. The approach differs by size, so we suggest starting with a free business diagnosis.
What is the free business diagnosis report?
A business health check built from your own operating data, with a 30-minute review to find the one or two most urgent problems. Where data is missing, that section stays blank, and the blank is itself a sign of something to fix.
How are fees calculated?
Every business is different, so fees are quoted on request. We suggest starting with a free business diagnosis; once the problems are clear, we propose a plan and its fee.
What does the Sales Master Training cover?
It is built for front-line teams (sales staff, consultants and outlet managers) in five modules: needs diagnosis, product and package design, objection handling, closing and prepaid sales, and follow-up and referrals. Available as public classes or in-house training.
