Million Revenue Coaching (Millionace) is for owners who want to grow revenue. We do not start by selling a plan. We start with a free business diagnosis report built from your own operating data to see where the problem is, then track improvement together every month.
When it helps
- Revenue has plateaued and you do not know where the ceiling is
- Customers come once and do not return, or staff do not stay
- You plan a second outlet and want to check the first can be replicated
- Large, medium and small companies; most experience in retail and services, with the fullest data in beauty
Three directions of the diagnosis
- M — Million: does the business have what it takes to reach the next revenue level? Is customer count, average ticket or return rate the ceiling?
- R — Retention: keeping customers, staff and cash. Are customers returning, staff staying and cash staying in the business?
- I — Investment: is the business still worth investing in? If not, it is better to plan early.
How it works
- Free business diagnosis report: generated from your own operating data.
- 30-minute review: we go through the results and find the one or two most urgent problems.
- Monthly coaching meetings: agree actions on those problems and follow up on them.
- Monthly updated report: track whether improvement is actually happening.
Why data?
An owner's instinct matters, but it is coloured by recent events. When every customer's history, every staff member's sales and every prepaid card's usage are viewed together, problems usually reveal themselves. If a piece of data is not available, that part of the report stays blank, and the blank is itself a sign of something to fix.

Fees
Every business is different, so fees are quoted on request. We suggest starting with a free business diagnosis; once the problems are clear, we propose a plan and its fee.
FAQ
What data do we need to prepare?
Usually customer purchase history, staff sales, and prepaid card or package usage. Anything missing stays blank, and we explain how to fill it in during the review.
We are not in the beauty industry. Does it still work?
Yes. The M, R and I directions apply to retail, service and other businesses.
