Consulting with data
We have consulted with data mining and data diagnosis for 20+ years. The data mining technology was co-developed by Vital Design with a US technical team and is suited to consumer behaviour analysis.
Process restructuring experience
We spent a full year helping a company with over a thousand staff and more than twenty departments restructure its business processes. The goal was to increase income and cut costs; shorter processes quietly reduced costs and raised productivity.
